My aim is to bring back attention to ‘people’ and help startups scale up. I intend to bridge the gap between practice and research by building insights that can help startups scale-up effectively.

My Approach

Our approach is to leverage industry experience and deep academic expertise in challenges and issues faced by early stage startups in HRM, to bridge the gap between HR research and practical application. We aim to work closely with founders to enable them to develop key people management skills relevant for their context.
